Solution Team is constantly on the lookout for extraordinary talent. We generally hire experienced senior consultants, business analysists and project managers. Occasionally we have a need for a graphic designer or architect, but those needs are typically of short duration.

Our pay is competitive and we are extremely supportive of our consultants' pursuit of a high quality of life. Our consultants generally need not travel more than 30% of their time, as the majority of our work is based here in Southern California.

Consulting

We currently have a need for consultants and analysts with experience in energy efficiency and business process optimization. Industry exposure in financial services/entertainment is a plus. Relevant skills/experience include lean process redesign, environmental regulations, and business strategy.

Development

We currently have a need for graphic designers, project managers, analysts, and developers with experience in custom website development. Industry exposure in entertainment/broadcasting, financial services (credit card processing in particular), and social networking, are a definite plus. Relevant skills/experience include creative design, photography, Adobe CS4, social networking applications (WordPress, BuddyPress, MySpace, Facebook, etc.), and flash developmnent.
